With ever increasing pressure on lead times and the rising cost of materials, it has never been more important to ensure a ‘right first time’ design and manufacture approach. Autodesk Inventor makes it possible to ensure that parts are designed accurately and efficiently.
Inventor has a wealth of sheet metal design tools which allow the engineer to concentrate on the design, whilst enabling Inventor to automatically apply your sheet metal design rules, such as bend and corner relief. With the unique combination of Radan and Inventor the design engineer is able to carry out down stream manufacturing integrity checks. This ensures that the parts and assemblies that are being designed can be manufactured with your current set up of punch, profile and press brake configuration and tooling.
Radan’s DTM link software leverages as much information from Inventor as possible and speeds up the process of getting your designs out to manufacture and minimises errors.
