Radpunch supports most machine tools available worldwide today and integrates seamlessly with Radprofile to provide a comprehensive solution for combination machines such as punch/laser or punch/plasma.

Now Radpunch is even easier to use than ever. The revised user interface and graphics display simplifies operation and enhancements to the manufacturing database means that more information about your production processes is captured by the system for use in future programs.

Strength in depth

Radpunch has strength in depth to match the sophistication of today’s punching machinery. Support for tooling is comprehensive with built-in support for many types including wheels, slug-less slitters, scribing tools and shears. Because Radpunch understands the engineering behind these tools, it is able to apply the appropriate constraints to the process. Close proximity slitting tools that allow punching near to the clamps are also fully supported. Radan incorporates specific enhancements that assist in the use of the Wilson wheel.

Radpunch systems are pre-configured to replicate your particular machine tool and a unique graphical interface makes preparing a part for picking simple and quick. Supporting this high level of machine specific functionality is Radan’s huge library of post processors and machine simulation program verifiers. No other system offers such built-in understanding of sheet metal punching equipment.
