VAT Changes
VAT rises to 20% on Jan 4th from its current level of 17.5%.No update to the e2i program is required as we made it future proof in 2010 R1.
All that is required is for the VAT rate stored in e2i System Administration to be changed.
Process.
1. Open e2i System Administration
2. Open Company Data
3. Select the VAT Codes tab
4. Change the 17.5% setting to 20% (no need to type the % sign) – see attached jpg file.
5. Save and close e2i System Administration
